| Elizabeth Cencini is a native Houstonian and BFA undergraduate at the University of Houston. Her education begins with her travels to Italy in 2003-2004, enriching her education in the Arts. She studied art in Florence, Italy under the direction of fine Italian instructors. While a student at Accademia del Giglio and Libera Accademia di Belle Arti, she learned techniques such as Italian fresco, Roman Byzantine mosaics, figure drawing and the master techniques in oil painting. |
| continues to study with internationally known artist Franco Rossi of Arezzo . Today she holds a studio at Winter Street Studios, Studio #20, and exhibits frequently. Her paintings can be found at Galleria Lazzara, 5400 Mitchelldale Suite B.7, from Jan. 6- Feb. 8, 2009. |
| Elizabeth began painting scooters after she returned from Italy because it helped her remember a time when she was not painting. Then something happened. She packed her bags flew to Italy and the rest is history. She believes that everything happens for a reason and although she may had fallen off the path she got back on and has kept riding ever since. |
