ellen frances tuchman has collaged vintage hollywood memorabilia onto mylar
to create an outstanding, witty painting.
on february 2, 2012 from 6 – 9pm, koelsch gallery will open lights, camera, action...
a group exhibit of art influenced by hollywood , a favorite movie or the oscar ceremonies.
the gallery will be dressed up for the big event with a red carpet, glitter, cameras
and more.  the exhibit will be on view until march 3, 2012.

alison starr recreated the hollywood sign from recycled plastic bags which will
be hanging high in the gallery.

nathan durfee’s characters are announcing the winner, giving an acceptance
speech and sitting...waiting.  when viewing the paintings you feel their emotions
and delight in the humor.

ann huey, richard fluhr, tad lauritzen wright, claire cusack,
cisco tucker kolkmeier, vanessa estrada, sally s. bennett,
donna rosenthal, mr. imagination,  beverly floyd, mary hunter,
jen blazina, rebecca lankford, sandy sussman and paige deshong
are all part of the cast of artists.
