LUNATIC designed by: Tobias Reischle
| Lunatic is a fine suspension that reminds satellites floating in space or parables. His brilliance and brightness allows it to delight everyone enjoying space and new technologies. | LUNATIC designed by: Tobias Reischle |
"Decorative LED lamp inspired by the Heracleum Plant. The white leaves/lenses ramify from one branch creating a very technical, natural structure. By using the technique of coating conductive layers, the lamp is very thin and delicate. A design not possible with normal wires." available at: moooi.com

CHOUCHIN designed by: Ionna Vautrin
Chouchin is the Japanese word for the traditional, symbolic paper and bamboo lanterns used as light, luminous signs outside public places or as lucky charms outside homes. The young French designer, Ionna Vautrin, was inspired by this ethereal, poetic and almost magical object and has reinterpreted it in a contemporary key. It has an essential and, at the same time, evocative design: the glass body, obtained through a single blowing process, is closed by a collar underneath. Color played a key role in the choice of materials: glass offers a warm surface on which the varnish produces a full, brilliant colour. The varnish, which makes the body completely impermeable to light and extremely glossy, ends where the white collar begins. available at: www.lulighting.com

NEARCO designed by: Karim Rashid - 2011

CHICAGO designed by: Fabrice Berrux
This elegantly designed lamp feels more like a well constructed building than your typical household floor lamp. Made from PMMA or better known as acrylic glass ( a transparent thermoplastic, often used as a light or shatter-resistant alternative to glass ), just may have the strength of that downtown highrise.. Anyway, it's available in red, white and a smoke color with the base in a white painted metal. available at: roche-bobois.com

EXCEL designed by: Rich Brilliant Willing - 2010
A spare and elegant aluminum form provides the structure to support the illuminated fabric shades of the Excel Chandelier. Excel's hidden secret - metallic reflectors located inside the shades. The shades pivot slightly to provide directional illumination. Excel is suspended from two independently mounted cables, and a third cable and electrical wire that goes to the junction box. Black frame and shades. available at: rollandhill.com

The 16 w fixture incorporates the warm color temperature 2700K and dimmability that are increasingly demanded of today’s LEDs. Light output is 645 lumens of downlighting plus a 430- lumen uplight for an ambient glow.” available at: cernogroup.com |

CAN CAN designed by: Marcel Wanders by FLOS.
A lamp with a dual personality, Can Can's clean, linear shape acts as the container for a sophisticated decorative effect. Like many of Marcel Wanders creations, Can Can melds together simple classic forms with features that draw on tradition. From a distance, Can Can introduces itself as a lamp with a stern design that unexpectedly, when seen close up, reveals a floral decoration that filters the light as it is diffused. Delicate and unpredictable, the beam is broken by the polycarbonate decorative flourish to create an ever changing fabric of light. Injection-molded PMMA body and diffuser. Polycarbonate ceiling fitting. Body available in black or white finish; diffuser available in transparent, fuchsia or yellow finishes. available at: ylighting.com

ANISHA designed by: Studio Lievore Altherr Molina
Like a fluid and enveloping frame, an irregular ellipse that gives a sense of becoming, Anisha outlines an empty space, defines it and fills it with its light, producing a magical sensation. Its plastic, dynamic shape generates multiple reflections on its surface and reveals its sculptural essence. Anisha is not just a lamp, but a surprising, personal object you will fall in love with at first sight. available at: www.foscarini.it
